Overview
The Account Executive role at Vantaca is critical to accelerating our success and growth. This is a hunter-focused, outbound sales role that involves prospecting and researching our marketplace, identifying and connecting with prospective customers and establishing initial contact for further qualification with our business development team.
We are looking for people to live in territory:Mountain West Enterprise → Phoenix, Denver, Seattle, or Salt Lake City

Responsibilities
Full-Cycle New Business Generation• Proactively research, identify, and strategically target high-value prospective customers for Vantaca across the community association management industry.• Lead the full sales cycle—from qualification through solution mapping, value realization, late-stage negotiation, and close—consistently meeting or exceeding quota. Discovery, Solution Design & Value Selling• Conduct deep discovery with executive-level prospects to understand business challenges, operational inefficiencies, and financial drivers; translate insights into a tailored Vantaca value narrative.• Articulate Vantaca’s business transformation impact beyond features—demonstrating how the platform affects staffing efficiency, workflow automation, service delivery, and financial performance.• Build strong business cases, ROI models, and compelling customer outcomes to support executive decision-making and accelerate deal velocity. Pipeline Leadership & Forecasting• Own pipeline creation and progression, leveraging data-driven discipline and consistent CRM hygiene for accurate, transparent forecasting.• Prioritize and manage a healthy mix of outbound-generated and inbound-qualified opportunities, ensuring sustainable monthly and quarterly pipeline coverage. Cross-Functional Collaboration• Partner closely with Marketing, Business Development, and Customer Success to maximize lead conversion, refine ICP targeting, and strengthen handoff and onboarding success.• Provide market intelligence and competitive insights to influence product roadmap, messaging, and sales strategy.• Coach junior SDR/BDR team members and junior AEs through feedback on messaging, qualification techniques, and account insights. Professional Presence & Virtual Selling Excellence• Lead high-impact virtual and onsite meetings with confidence—presenting Vantaca’s value to C-suite, financial leaders, operations executives, and board-level stakeholders.• Maintain a high standard of professionalism across in-person, video, phone, and written communication. Continuous Learning & Industry Expertise• Develop deep expertise in HOA management operations, accounting workflows, industry regulations, and competitive technologies.• Stay current on best practices in digital transformation, business process automation, and accounting modernization.
Requirements
• 2–8+ years of full-cycle SaaS sales experience in a quota-carrying Account Executive or Senior AE role.• Proven success selling workflow automation, BPO, accounting, fintech, or operations-heavy software solutions.• Track record closing $50k–$200k+ ACV deals in mid-market or upper SMB segments.• Experience generating pipeline through outbound prospecting and marketplace research. Sales Skills & Methodology• Strong command of a recognized sales methodology (MEDDICC/MEDDPICC, Challenger)• Excellent discovery, qualification, objection handling, and negotiation abilities.• Proven ability to influence and manage complex multi-stakeholder evaluations. Operational Excellence• Advanced CRM discipline (HubSpot, Salesforce, etc.)• Ability to manage multiple opportunities while maintaining forecasting accuracy. Professional Attributes• Executive presence and exceptional communication skills.• Thrives in high-growth SaaS environments.• Experience in both startup and enterprise settings preferred.• Comfortable working remotely with high accountability.
