Ticket Seller at Troser Management Inc – Canandaigua, New York

Responsibilities:

• Greet guests in a positive and professional manner at all times
• Provide exceptional customer service and ensure general knowledge of mountain operations to best assist customers with questions/issues
• Guide guests to the appropriate products based on their needs
• Keep a neat and clean workstation
• Assist with other duties of Guest Services as requested

Qualifications:

• 18 years of age or older and prior work experience
• Prior customer service and cash handling experience preferred
• Must have excellent verbal communication and customer service skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and maintain accuracy with cash handling
• Ability to be cross trained with the Guest Services position

Hours:

• Hours of employment are dependent on business demands
• Must have weekend availability and flexible weekday and evening availability

Pay: $15.50/Hr.
