General Purpose:
Under the direction of the Community Development Department this part-time position serves as a building attendant during rental of the facility. Performs a variety of routine and complex work relating to the operation care and maintenance of the Community Center.
Supervision Received:
Works under the direction of the Finance Director or designee.
Supervision Exercised:
Instruct and supervise facility users in the opening setup cleaning closing and maintenance of the facilities.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
Unlocking and preparing facility for rental including cleaning if necessary. Assisting renter with the proper use of equipment and placement of chairs tables etc. Assisting renter during the event and verifying that the renter has cleaned the facility after the event. Closing locking and securing the facility at the conclusion of the event.
