CNC Operator – 2nd Shift
Location: Croton-on-Hudson, NY
Compensation: $18.00 – $3300 ++ per hour shift differential
Job Type: Full-Time
Our client, a leading manufacturing company, is seeking a CNC Setup Operator to join their 2nd shift team at their facility in Croton-on-Hudson, NY area. This is a hands-on role in a fast-paced production environment with opportunities for training and growth. PROGRAMMING EXPERIENCE
Key Responsibilities

• Set up and calibrate CNC machines according to specifications.
• Monitor machine operations and make adjustments to maintain quality standards.
• Perform routine maintenance and troubleshoot issues to minimize downtime.
• Work with production teams to implement process improvements.
• Document setup procedures and machine performance.

• High School Diploma or GED (college degree a plus).

• Previous CNC setup/operation experience preferred; training available for motivated candidates.

• Experience in Setup, Running & Programming of CNC machines.

• Ability to read and interpret technical drawings.

• Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills.

• Able to lift up to 30 lbs.

• Must be authorized to work in the U.S. and meet ITAR/DOD compliance requirements.

Work Schedule: 2nd Shift, 4:15 PM – 12:45 AM
