Job Title: Occupational Therapist

We are seeking a highly motivated and skilled Occupational Therapist to join our team. As an Occupational Therapist, you will be responsible for helping patients with physical, mental, and emotional disabilities to regain independence and improve their quality of life.

Responsibilities:

- Conduct assessments to identify patients' needs and develop individualized treatment plans

- Help patients improve their ability to perform daily living activities, such as dressing, grooming, and eating

- Develop and implement therapeutic activities to improve patients' motor skills, coordination, and balance

- Provide guidance and education to patients and their families on adaptive equipment and techniques to improve function and safety

- Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive care for patients

- Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records

Requirements:

- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Occupational Therapy

- Current state license to practice Occupational Therapy

- Strong communication and interpersonal skills

- Ability to work independently and as part of a team

- Compassionate and patient-centered approach to care

- Knowledge of adaptive equipment and techniques

- Experience working with patients with physical, mental, and emotional disabilities
