About This Position
Corporate Technologies is improving our onboarding process for new Technology Advantage onboardings. As part of that process, we will be identifying three technical resources to be designated remote onboarding specialists. The new process will involve a much shorter on-site process followed by a remote onboarding process. The onsite process will be handled by Branch Services technicians, and they will hand off to the group of remote onboarding specialists.
This group of remote onboarding specialists will need to be meticulous, accurate and relentless in the pursuit of documentation.
The end results of this process will be better information for the Remote Support Team, Account Managers. This will allow us to better support these clients when they reach out for support. We will also be in a much better position to make recommendations for projects to upgrade and/or stabilize their networks.
Essential Job Functions:
Experience with ConnectWise RMM, ConnectWise Manage, remote login to various firewall, wireless and network equipment, installation of Corporate Technologies tools and uninstallation of outgoing MSP’s tools, Microsoft 365 Administration, ITGlue, various backup solutions, Anti-Virus and other security software, communication with client point of contact
Required Skills:
Basic troubleshooting, mid-level networking skills (at least 3 yr experience), Active Directory administration (at least 3 yr experience), Microsoft 365 Administration (at least 1 yr experience), ITGlue Administration, Backup Solution administration
Must be able to work unsupervised and complete a specific list of tasks for each onboarding project. Must be resourceful when information and/or access to that information is not readily available.
