Position Overview:

Are you passionate about social media and digital marketing? Astreda IT Solutions is seeking an experienced and enthusiastic Social Media Specialist to join our dynamic team. As a key member of our marketing team, you'll be responsible for creating and executing digital marketing strategies to enhance brand awareness and drive online traffic. This is an opportunity to showcase your creativity, strategic thinking, and expertise in social media management.

Responsibilities:

• Develop and execute digital marketing strategies to drive online traffic and enhance brand awareness.
• Create engaging digital content including collaterals, videos, social media posts, and email campaigns.
• Monitor, analyze, and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure the effectiveness of digital marketing efforts.
• Conduct market research to identify new trends, customer preferences, and competitor strategies for campaign optimization.
• Manage social media platforms including Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, Pinterest, Twitter, and Google Business Profile.
• Communicate with social media followers, respond to queries, and improve customer engagement.
• Develop and manage social influencer programs, attend social influencer events.
• Use analytical tools such as Google Analytics, Hootsuite, Buffer, and Facebook Insights to monitor and evaluate social media presence and performance.
• Prepare monthly reports on social media marketing efforts and make recommendations for strategy optimization.
• Stay up-to-date on best practices and emerging trends in social media marketing.
• Multi-task and prioritize tasks effectively, ensuring timely completion of projects.
• Create, manage, and optimize digital advertising campaigns across various platforms such as Google Ads and Facebook Ads.
• Perform other duties as needed.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in any field.
• Proven work experience of 2-3 years as a Digital Marketing Executive or similar role.
• Strong attention to detail and a passion for staying up-to-date with the latest digital marketing trends and technologies.
• Location: Ettumanoor - Kottayam (Kerala)
