ES Tech II

Responsible for cleaning and servicing building areas; moving furniture, equipment and supplies in and around hospital departments; and performing a variety of environmental service duties to maintain the hospital in a neat, orderly, and sanitary condition, according to established procedures. Must be able to read, write, and speak English. High School Diploma or GED is preferred. Ability to follow instructions and operate or learn how to operate all equipment used in the department within a one-month training period. Requires the physical ability to lift and move heavy objects and equipment. The work is fairly routine. Must be able to lift wet vacuums weighting 75 pounds and push a cart weighting 200 – 300 pounds.
