I'm currently looking for a reliable and experienced Front of House Leader to join our team at Vapiano Grand central. This part-time role is perfect for someone who is passionate about providing exceptional customer service and ensuring smooth operations at the front of the house.

As a Front of House Leader, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day activities of the front of house staff, such as host/hostess, servers, and bartenders. You will play a key role in ensuring that customers have a positive experience from the moment they walk through the door until the moment they leave.

Your main duties will include managing reservations, coordinating seating arrangements, and addressing customer inquiries and concerns. You will also be responsible for training and mentoring front of house staff, as well as monitoring their performance to ensure high standards are maintained.

To succeed in this role, you must have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, as well as a strong attention to detail. Previous experience in a similar role is highly desirable, as is a genuine passion for the hospitality industry.
