We are currently seeking a Product Manager to join our Residential team in Arlington Heights, IL. Reporting to the General Manager – Residential, this role is integral to supporting the development, launch, and revenue growth of new and existing products. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, highly organized, and capable of managing multiple initiatives simultaneously while championing customer value and incorporating feedback from the voice of the customer.

What You’ll Do
As the Product Manager – Residential, you will:
Product Lifecycle Management
- Support product strategy, planning, and execution throughout the full product lifecycle.
- Assist in defining product requirements and coordinate with engineering on design and quality improvements.
- Track product performance metrics, identify trends, and propose opportunities for improvement.

Product Launch & Marketing Coordination
- Coordinate product launches, ensuring alignment across departments and timely delivery of launch materials.
- Collaborate with marketing to update websites, collateral, and product documentation for new releases or product changes.
- Maintain consistency in messaging and visual representation of Hyperion’s products across all channels.

Customer & Internal Enablement
- Develop and maintain training materials for customers, sales teams, and internal technical staff.
- Support product demonstrations, presentations, and training sessions as needed.
- Gather feedback from internal and external stakeholders to enhance product usability and customer satisfaction.

Project & Initiative Management
- Manage multiple concurrent initiatives, ensuring milestones and deliverables are achieved.
- Support cross-functional teams in resolving product issues and maintain accurate project documentation.
- Maintain project tracking tools, documentation, and reports for product-related initiatives.

Technical Support & Market Insights
- Stay informed on industry trends, competitive products, and technological advancements within the electromechanical and elevator sectors.
- Provide insights and analysis to support business decisions and identify new product opportunities.
- Act as a liaison between the market and engineering teams to address customer product concerns.

What You’ll Bring
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Business, or a related field preferred.
- 2 to 5 years of experience in product management or a related role within manufacturing or B2B environments.
- Elevator or vertical transportation industry experience is beneficial but not required.
- Experience with electromechanical products preferred.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite; familiarity with ERP/PLM systems is a plus.
