LOCATION: Conroe, TX | UTEX Industries

UTEX Industries, a leader in engineered sealing solutions, is seeking a hands-on Maintenance Lead to oversee and support our maintenance team. This role ensures equipment reliability, safety, and productivity in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.

What You’ll Do:

• Lead and support the maintenance team in daily activities
• Troubleshoot/repair mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, and pneumatic equipment
• Oversee preventive maintenance and work orders
• Train and mentor team members
• Promote safety and continuous improvement

What We’re Looking For:

• 5+ years of industrial maintenance experience (manufacturing preferred)
• Prior lead or supervisory experience a plus
• Strong knowledge of mechanical/electrical systems
• Ability to read schematics/blueprints
• Safety-focused, problem-solver, team leader
