The mission of CPLC's Office of Refugee Resettlement (ORR) is to promote the health, well-being, and stability of refugees, unaccompanied alien children, and other eligible individuals and families, through culturally responsive, trauma-informed, and strengths-based services. HOW WILL YOU MAKE AN IMPACT IN THIS ROLE? You will provide leadership and daily oversight to our Facilities & Grounds Maintenance team, supporting both Maintenance and Sanitation Specialists. You’ll conduct regular site inspections to ensure safety, cleanliness, and quality upkeep of our facilities—creating an environment where staff and clients can thrive.

You’ll also support team development by helping meet training requirements, encouraging continued professional growth, and contributing to staff wellness initiatives. Your work ensures that our spaces reflect the dignity, care, and mission of CPLC.

WHO YOU ARE? You’re a hands-on leader who understands the importance of safe, clean, and well-maintained facilities. You enjoy coaching teams, solving problems, and ensuring that standards are consistently met. You balance compliance with practicality and aren’t afraid to roll up your sleeves.

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS AND COMPETENCIES

A combination of one of the following:

    At least 2 years of experience in a supervisory capacity providing leadership to maintenance personnel (5) years’ experience in construction, maintenance, custodial and facilities management. Formal maintenance training. Must possess a valid U.S. Driver’s License and be eligible to drive. Some Travel may be required Knowledge of local, state, and federal laws and regulations relevant to site maintenance.
