Summary:

The SAP Specialist - Quality Management is responsible for evaluating, conceptualizing, and implementing new requirements from the business division. They provide support and further development of SAP-QM module and integrative adjacent areas (MM, SD, CS, etc.)

Qualification Requirements:

The ideal candidate should possess a degree in business informatics, industrial engineering, or business administration with a focus on manufacturing or logistics or warehousing, or an equivalent qualification.

Minimum Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Informatics, Engineering, or a related field
• Fluency in English, both written and spoken
• Willingness and ability to travel internationally
• Experience with S/4HANA is strongly preferred
• Minimum three (3) years experience in a similar position

Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:

• Hands-on experience with SAP QM customization and implementation.
• Proven experience as an SAP QM Consultant, Key User, or Expert, in a manufacturing environment.
• Strong process knowledge in quality management or service.
• A proactive, solution-oriented mindset with strong teamwork and communication skills.

Essential Functions:

• Analyze, design, and implement new SAP QM solutions based on business requirements.
• Customize and enhance the SAP QM module and its integration with adjacent systems.
• Provide expert support to users, resolving issues and addressing evolving needs.
• Lead and contribute to (sub-)projects, including planning, execution, testing, and go-live.
• Train end-users and stakeholders on SAP QM processes and tools.
• Continuously analyze and optimize quality management processes.
• Support application lifecycle, including problem management and process improvements.
• Contribute to the development of global SAP QM standards for upcoming rollouts.
