Job Title: Landscaper

Job Summary:
We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Landscaper to join our team. The Landscaper will be responsible for maintaining and enhancing the appearance of outdoor spaces through planting, pruning, mowing, and general groundskeeping. This role requires a strong work ethic, knowledge of landscaping practices, and the ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.

Key Responsibilities:

Perform landscaping and grounds maintenance tasks, including mowing, trimming, edging, pruning, mulching, and planting.

Install and maintain gardens, lawns, shrubs, trees, and other greenery.

Operate and maintain landscaping equipment such as mowers, trimmers, blowers, and hand tools.

Assist with landscape construction projects (e.g., patios, walkways, retaining walls, irrigation systems).

Monitor outdoor areas for weeds, pests, or plant health issues and take corrective action.

Ensure all work is completed safely, efficiently, and in line with company standards.

Maintain cleanliness of work areas and equipment.

Provide excellent customer service when interacting with clients on-site.

Qualifications & Skills:

Previous landscaping, groundskeeping, or related outdoor work experience preferred.

Knowledge of horticulture, plant care, and seasonal maintenance techniques is an asset.

Ability to operate and maintain landscaping tools and machinery.

Physical stamina to perform outdoor manual labor in various weather conditions.

Strong attention to detail and pride in workmanship.

Good communication skills and ability to follow instructions.

Valid driver’s license (preferred, depending on role).

Working Conditions:
