Weâre looking for a Client Service Representative/Veterinary Assistant to be the friendly, calm, and caring face that welcomes every pet and person through our doors.

As a Veterinary Assistant/Client Service Representative, youâll be the first point of contact for clients and their beloved pets. Youâll play a key part in ensuring smooth communication, compassionate support, and a welcoming environment for every visitor. Responsibilities
- Deliver outstanding customer service and communication
- Greet clients and pets warmly upon arrival
- Handle emergency situations with confidence and care
- Manage multi-line phone system and respond to client inquiries
- Provide updates to clients on pet status and wait times
- Present treatment estimates and process payments
- Support patient admissions, discharges, and medical recordkeeping
- Maintain cleanliness throughout the hospital
- Collaborate closely with medical teams to support patient care
- Additional administrative or support tasks as needed
- Prior experience in a veterinary hospital or emergency setting strongly preferred
- Compassionate, patient, and professional demeanor
- Strong interpersonal skills and ability to thrive in a team environment
- Comfortable using electronic medical records and handling sensitive client information
- Fluent English skills (speaking & reading) are required for the role.
