• Female, age 19–30

• Graduate of or currently attending an Ivy League or equivalent university (e.g. Stanford, MIT, Duke, UChicago, Caltech, UC Berkeley, etc.)

• Fluent in Mandarin (preferred) and English

• U.S. citizen or permanent resident

• Healthy BMI, non-smoker, physically and mentally well

• No known hereditary or genetic illnesses

• Willing to complete medical screening and retrieval process

• High academic achievement and intellectual curiosity

• Emotionally mature, responsible, and discreet

• Excellent communication and time management

• Prior donation experience welcome, but not required
