Forklift Operator 3rd Shift at Zausner Foods Corporation – New Holland, Pennsylvania

Schedule: Monday – Friday, 10 pm to 6:30 am with OT, weekends, and coverage for other shifts as required.

About this role:

As a Forklift Operator, you will play a crucial role in the manufacturing process by ensuring the safe and efficient movement of materials within the plant. Your primary responsibility will be to operate various types of forklifts to transport goods to designated areas, thereby supporting production and shipping operations. You will be expected to maintain a high level of accuracy in order picking and inventory management, which is essential for meeting production deadlines. Additionally, you will be responsible for adhering to safety protocols and conducting routine inspections of equipment to ensure optimal performance. Ultimately, your contributions will directly impact the overall efficiency and productivity of the manufacturing facility.

Minimum Qualifications:

• Valid forklift operator certification or willing to get certified
• Proven experience operating various types of forklifts.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience in a manufacturing setting.
• Familiarity with inventory management systems and RF scanning technology.

Responsibilities:

• Operate forklifts to move materials safely and efficiently.
