About the Role

We are looking for an experienced Product Owner / Business Analyst with strong expertise in end-to-end F&B process workflows and ERP systems. The ideal candidate will act as a bridge between business stakeholders, customers, and technical teams to ensure successful delivery of ERP and manufacturing-related solutions.

Key Responsibilities

• Act as a liaison between business users, partners, and the product/engineering teams to translate requirements into functional specifications.
• Drive requirement gathering, documentation, and validation for F&B manufacturing and ERP solutions.
• Analyze and document end-to-end business processes across the F&B setup to identify gaps, enhancements, and opportunities for automation.
• Evaluate the technical and functional feasibility of new features or process improvements.
• Work closely with customer and partner support teams to ensure effective communication and issue resolution.
• Participate in product reviews, UAT sessions, and ensure alignment of delivered solutions with business needs.

Required Skills & Experience

• 6–10 years of experience in a Product Owner or Business Analyst role, preferably in the F&B or Manufacturing industry.
• Strong understanding of end-to-end business processes in F&B/manufacturing environments.
• ERP end-user or functional experience (exposure to ERP implementation or enhancement projects is an advantage).
• Ability to assess technical and functional feasibility of ERP and process workflows.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to interact confidently with customers and partner teams.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with any leading ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle, Microsoft Dynamics, or industry-specific ERP).
• Certification or training in Business Analysis, Product Ownership, or Agile methodologies.
• Prior experience in handling customer-facing roles within a SaaS or product-based organization.
