The Assistant Manager - Shift Leader will assist with the day-to-day operation of the store. Duties include, but are not limited to, supervising, training, and developing Sales Associates; ensuring prompt courteous customer service and satisfaction; cleaning; monitoring compliance with company policies and procedures; assisting the manager in merchandising; daily bookwork; and fostering a positive store culture by treating employees fair and with respect. The desired candidate will be dependable, self-motivated, people-oriented, and able to work in a fast-paced environment and maintain total customer focus. Should be able to work weekends and holidays and varying shifts. Previous retail management is preferred. Forward is offering new starting rates. Plus, up to an additional $3 in tips at Subway!
