Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee the daily operations of multiple boutique hotel properties within the region, ensuring consistency in service quality and guest satisfaction
- Develop and implement operational strategies to maximize revenue, improve efficiency, and enhance guest experiences
- Lead, motivate, and support hotel management teams to achieve performance goals and uphold brand standards
- Monitor financial performance, including budgeting, forecasting, and cost control measures
- Ensure compliance with health, safety, and regulatory requirements across all properties
- Foster a positive work environment that promotes teamwork, professional development, and high employee engagement
- Build and maintain strong relationships with local communities, vendors, and partners
- Conduct regular site visits to assess property conditions, guest feedback, and operational challenges
- Implement marketing initiatives to increase brand visibility and attract new guests
Skills and Qualifications:
- Proven experience in hotel management, preferably within boutique or luxury hotel segments
- Strong leadership and team management skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
- Financial acumen with experience in budgeting, revenue management, and cost control
- Ability to analyze operational data and implement strategic improvements
- Knowledge of hospitality industry standards, health and safety regulations, and local laws
- Flexibility to travel frequently within the region
- Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, or related field; relevant experience may be considered in lieu of formal education

- Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management or related field or
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in hotel management and plus with restaurant management
- Strong leadership and communication skills
- Excellent organizational and time management skills
- Ability to work under pressure and handle multiple tasks simultaneously
- Knowledge of hotel operations, including front desk, housekeeping, maintenance, and food and beverage services
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and hotel management software
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays
