Description:

Ray Graham Association (RGA) is seeking a compassionate and skilled part-time (10-20 hours per week) Mental Health Professional (MHP) to provide direct counseling and behavioral health services through our Behavioral Health Clinic – Emerge program. This role supports people with intellectual and developmental disabilities (I/DD) and mental health needs through assessments, treatment planning, counseling, and ongoing supports provided in person and via telehealth.

The MHP works under the clinical supervision of the Director of Emerge and maintains an active caseload while promoting person-centered, ethical, and trauma-informed care.

Key Responsibilities

  • Conduct behavioral health evaluations and assessments, including IM+CANS
  • Develop, implement, and update individualized treatment plans using CIS
  • Provide individual and small-group counseling (onsite, offsite, and virtual)
  • Maintain accurate documentation for compliance and billing
  • Train and collaborate with RGA team members to ensure treatment plan follow-through
  • Monitor progress and document outcomes at least every six months
  • Ensure HIPAA compliance and confidentiality
  • Uphold RGA’s mission, values, and professional standards

Schedule: Must be flexible, some evenings and weekends

Requirements:
  • Bachelor’s degree in counseling, Psychology, Social Work, Rehabilitation Counseling, Education, Family Therapy, or a related human services or mental health field
  • Minimum of two (2) years of supervised clinical experience in a mental health or human services setting

Preferred:

  • Master’s degree in a related field
  • Experience supporting people with I/DD and/or behavioral health needs
