Job Summary

The Marketing Strategy Partner leads enterprise brand strategies for defined service lines and provides strategic partnership to operational leaders and clinical providers. The Partner will collaborate with marketing peers, consumer engagement, external strategic partners and key vendors, to inspire and ensure the execution of stellar, on-brand and in-character, customer-centric, insight-informed, timely and cost-effective marketing solutions. The Partner is responsible for management and execution of integrated marketing campaigns and programs, with a focus on data driven strategies. The Partner is responsible for utilizing industry and consumer data to establish campaign goals and monitor campaign performance to achieve pre-determined expectations including staying within budget. The Partner works closely with other marketing, PR, communications, design, and production colleagues and leadership.

Education and/or Experience

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing/Business or related field is required.
• 5 or more years related experience and/or training in marketing, communications and/or advertising preferred.
• Health care industry experience preferred.

Work Schedule

Monday-Friday, 8:00am-5:00pm; 80hrs/2wks

Pay

The hourly range for this position is listed below. Actual hourly rate dependent upon experience.

• $36.75 - $55.50 per hour
