Catering Coordinator at Century Golf Partners Management – West Linn, Oregon

About the Role:

The Catering Coordinator at The Oregon Golf Club plays a pivotal role in ensuring that all catering events are set up with an eye for detail and coordinate with different vendors and wedding coordinators to insure a flawless event. This position involves ensuring that all client specifications and deliveries are received and organized, and the event space is properly detailed, and the setup is correct. The Catering Coordinator will work closely with various departments to manage logistics, ensuring that every event runs smoothly from the beginning. Additionally, this role requires a strong focus on guest relations, addressing any concerns or requests promptly and professionally. Ultimately, the success of the catering services hinges on the coordinator's ability to deliver high-quality service and maintain strong relationships with clients and vendors alike. The Oregon Golf Club hosts about 80 weddings a year. The focus will be to insure the space is ready to go and coordinate with florists, DJ's photographers to insure they have what they need. The position is a Thursday through Sunday position 8am start time.

Minimum Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.

Responsibilities:

• Coordinate aspects of catering events, including proper setup, detailed cleanliness,
• Serve as the point of contact for clients, ensuring clear communication and understanding of their needs.
• Oversee the setup of events, ensuring that all event setup instructions are executed, and the event space is prepared to the highest standards.
• Work collaboratively with the sales team, and other banquet department to ensure timely and efficient service.
