Role Overview
As a Marketing Specialist, you will manage comprehensive marketing campaigns across multiple dental practices. You’ll take the lead on SEO strategy, Google Analytics insights, social media management, and website creation/hosting—all with the goal of propelling our brand awareness and patient acquisition efforts forward. We aim to launch an aggressive advertising campaign, and your expertise will be pivotal in shaping its success.
Key Responsibilities
- SEO & Analytics: Develop, implement, and monitor SEO strategies to increase online visibility. Use Google Analytics and other analytics tools to gather insights, measure performance, and optimize campaigns.
- Social Media Management: Create and manage engaging content across platforms (Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, etc.), monitor audience interactions, and analyze engagement metrics.
- Advertising Campaigns: Collaborate with the leadership team to design and execute an aggressive marketing strategy that increases patient leads and conversions.
- Website Creation & Hosting: Oversee the end-to-end process of website development and hosting, ensuring optimal user experience, mobile responsiveness, and brand consistency.
- Content & Branding: Maintain brand voice and identity through digital content, ensuring consistency across all marketing channels.
- Data-Driven Improvements: Track KPIs, generate reports, and provide insights to refine marketing strategies, improve ROI, and guide decision-making.
- Team Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams, including Operations and Patient Services, to ensure cohesive messaging and alignment of marketing efforts.
Qualifications
- Proven Experience: Demonstrable track record in SEO, Google Analytics, social media management, and website hosting/design.
- Technical Skills: Proficient in digital marketing tools (e.g., Google Ads, Google Tag Manager, Facebook Ads, WordPress or other CMS platforms).
- Analytical Mindset: Ability to interpret data, generate actionable insights, and optimize campaigns.
- Communication Skills: Strong written and verbal communication skills to effectively collaborate with team members and external stakeholders.
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field preferred (or equivalent experience).
