After the success of our inaugural ElevateU Internship Program in Summer 2025, we’re excited to bring it back for the Summer 2026 and we’re looking for motivated students ready to grow, learn, and make an impact.

About the ElevateU Internship Program

Program Dates:
June 1, 2026 – August 7, 2026 (10 weeks)

Available Internship Opportunities:

• People Department (Human Resources, Training and Development, Culture and Community)
• Internal Audit
• Marketing

What You’ll Experience

As an ElevateU intern, you can expect:

- Hands-on experience in your chosen focus area

- Professional development opportunities

- An introduction to credit unions and the financial services industry

- Participation in community service project(s)

- Meaningful interactions with senior leadership

Program Schedule & Pay

Monday–Thursday: 8:30 a.m. – 3:30 p.m. (includes 1-hour lunch)*

Friday: 8:30 a.m. – 12:30 p.m.*

Compensation: $17/hour

Interns are non-exempt hourly team members

*Hours are subject to change and will be communicated at the time of hire.

Internship Requirements

To be considered, candidates must:

• Be currently enrolled in an accredited university and in good standing
• Have anticipated Junior or Senior status in Fall 2026
• Have completed at least one course in the relevant focus area
• Maintain a minimum GPA of 3.0
• Be dependable, reliable, and eager to learn
• Demonstrate strong oral, written, and interpersonal communication skills
• Show initiative, problem-solving skills, and a collaborative mindset
• Pass all credit and bond requirements
