About the Role:

As an Associate, you will support day-to-day operations, ensuring customers receive the highest level of service. You will work with our team to maintain a clean environment, manage inventory, and assist with inquiries. Your contributions are critical to our success and growth across our locations and teams.

Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

• Greet customers, take orders, and process cash and card transactions accuratelyDeliver exceptional customer service and address guest inquiries professionally
• Prepare sandwiches, coffee, and other food and beverage items according to recipes and quality standards
• Operate food preparation and beverage equipment safely and efficiently
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the store, equipment, and work areas
• Restock inventory, supplies, and merchandise as needed
• Follow all food safety, sanitation, and security procedures
• Support quality store operations and uphold product and service standards
• Foster teamwork and maintain a positive, professional appearance and attitude
• Complete required food preparation testing within designated timeframes
• Perform other duties as assigned

Qualifications/Skills:

• Ability to stand, bend, reach, and remain mobile throughout the assigned shift
• Must be able to lift 30–40 lbs. regularly
• Comfortable working in walk-in refrigerators and freezers with temperatures ranging from 40°F to -10°F
• Basic math skills
• Strong customer service and communication skills
• Food service and/or barista experience preferred
• Demonstrates adaptability and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment

Requirements:

• Must be able to pass TSA background check to receive airport badge
• Must have reliable transportation

Pay: $16.00 per hour+tips
