OPERATIONS SUPERVISOR

Anchorage Tudor Road

Salary range: $25.16 - 34.60 / hour DOE

The successful candidate for this position will direct and schedule resources needed to ensure the delivery of front-line services through the teller staff. You will also ensure branch security, cash control, compliance with applicable regulations, and high standards of member service.

DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:

Directs and monitors branch front line operations. Monitors product delivery, quality and takes action to resolve problems. Supervises the day to day operations of the teller line and vault. Ensures a high level of member service in the branch and resolves member issues.
In partnership with management, you will hire, train, direct, and evaluate employee performance within the department; recommends promotions, transfers and salary adjustments; identifies performance problems and takes action to coach and correct, including termination.
Monitors department activities for compliance with established policy and regulations. Takes action to resolve any out of compliance issues.
Orders daily cash requirement for the credit union. Manages vault cash.

REQUIREMENTS:

Six months to two years of similar or related experience.
Previous supervisory experience preferred.
A high school education or GED.
Must have good communication skills for training other tellers. 10-key calculator and computer keyboard skills. Accurate with numbers and names.
