About This Position

About Us
At Félix, we're building the financial ecosystem for Latin immigrants in the U.S., starting with a revolution in remittances. Our core product is an AI-powered chatbot built on WhatsApp, allowing our users to send money home as easily as sending a text message. We leverage cutting-edge technology like AI, blockchain, and stablecoins to make cross-border payments faster, more affordable, and more accessible than ever before.
We are a hyper-growth Series B company, backed by over $100 million in funding from top-tier global investors, including QED, Castle Island, Switch Ventures, HTwenty, Monashees, and General Catalyst Customer Value Fund. This isn't just about the numbers; it's a testament to the trust our investors have in our vision and our team. Additionally, Félix was selected as an “Endeavour Entrepreneur” and was a recipient of the CrossTech Fintech Startups Award. We are a group of extremely talented and dedicated high-performers, united by our shared obsession with a single goal: empowering our customers. We are all owners of Félix, driven by a bias for action and a true experimentation spirit to get shit done with urgency and focus.
Joining Félix means you will be part of a team building a legacy, a company that will outlive us all. This is a rare opportunity to apply your skills to a deeply meaningful mission—serving a community that has been underserved for too long. We are a team that is fiercely loyal to each other, where radical transparency and constructive feedback are how we grow and push for excellence. We are bold, we care less about what others are doing, and more about creating sustainable value and a product that truly makes our users' lives better. We are building the future, today.
About the Role
This role exists to ensure that Félix’s most important priorities translate into disciplined execution. Reporting directly to the Chief of Staff, you will be the "connective tissue" of the company, bridging the gap between high-level strategy and day-to-day operations. You will work with functional leaders to drive cross-functional initiatives, strengthen company-wide communication, and build scalable execution processes. This is a high-ownership role for someone who thrives in ambiguity, moves fast, and wants significant exposure to executive decision-making. You aren't just a coordinator; you are an operator who ensures that the most mission-critical projects at Félix reach the finish line.
Responsibilities
  • Lead and Own High-Impact Cross-Functional Initiatives: Move beyond simple coordination to true ownership. You will drive initiatives from conception to delivery, ensuring they meet strategic objectives and deadlines.
  • Internal Communications & Synthesis: Strengthen company-wide communication by distilling complex project updates into highly concise, synthesized messaging. You will own ensuring cross-functional clarity, alignment, and execution speed across the organization.
  • Enable Delivery of Top Priorities: Partner with leadership to break down complex goals into actionable roadmaps, tracking progress and unblocking teams as needed.
  • Proactively Identify Execution Gaps: Deeply understand our business model to spot where processes are breaking or where "balls are being dropped" before they impact the customer.
  • Operate as a Force Multiplier: Design and optimize company-wide processes (reporting, OKR tracking, meeting cadences) to make every team at Félix more efficient.
  • Stakeholder Management: Become a trusted thought partner to project leads across Product, Engineering, Operations, and Marketing, fostering a culture of accountability.

Requirements
  • Structured Thinking: Ability to take a messy, ambiguous problem and break it down into a clear, logical framework.
  • Executive Communication: Proficiency in presenting data and updates to C-level executives with clarity, confidence, and brevity.
  • Process Obsession & Tooling: Proven track record of designing and optimizing operational processes. Strong experience working with project management tooling platforms (e.g., Asana, Jira, Monday.com, or similar) to drive team accountability and visibility.
  • Accountability Mindset: You take extreme ownership of outcomes, not just tasks. If a project fails, you feel it; if it succeeds, you've already planned the next step.
  • Data Synthesis: Ability to analyze metrics and translate data into insights that drive better decision-making (SQL knowledge is a plus).
  • Emotional Intelligence & Influence: You can lead without formal authority, building relationships and managing stakeholders across diverse departments and cultures.
  • Bias for Action: You prefer a "done" project over a "perfect" plan and move with the urgency a hyper-growth startup requires.
  • Bilingual Fluency (English & Spanish): Exceptional written and oral communication skills in both languages. Ability to drive meetings and write executive reports in both languages seamlessly.
  • These are the applicable requisites, although equivalent competencies in any of the above will also be considered.
