About This Position

Description:

HySafe is seeking a skilled and motivated individual to join as a Field Service Technician, a critical role in managing and performing recertification processes for fall protection systems.

WHAT THE ROLE DOES:

  • Inspect fall protection systems to ensure worker safety at heights.
  • Accurately and promptly complete inspection reports and test certificates.
  • Deliver excellent customer service by communicating effectively, paying attention to detail, and responding with urgency to customer needs.
  • Coordinate project logistics, including scheduling travel, equipment (e.g., lifts), and materials.
  • Maintain and update records related to inspected systems and customer information.
  • Train customers on the proper use and maintenance of their fall protection systems through clear and professional communication.
  • Work regularly at heights, using equipment such as lifts, ladders, and harnesses.

THE BACKGROUND THAT FITS:

  • High school diploma or GED.
  • Fluency with all Microsoft Office.
  • Understanding and knowledge of the construction industry.
  • Ability to travel nationwide 80% - 90% of the time.
  • Highly ethical, positive culture addition, self-motivated.
