This role sits at the intersection of advanced cybersecurity, data protection, and AI-driven innovation, supporting enterprise customers in securing and governing their most critical data assets. You will act as a trusted technical advisor throughout the sales cycle, helping organizations understand, assess, and mitigate data security risks in complex cloud and hybrid environments. Working closely with sales specialists and account executives, you will translate business challenges into tailored technical solutions that demonstrate clear value. The position combines deep technical expertise with strong customer-facing engagement, including demos, workshops, and proof-of-concepts. You will operate in a highly collaborative, fast-paced international environment focused on cutting-edge data security and AI governance technologies. This is a high-impact role where technical leadership directly influences customer trust and business growth.

Accountabilities:
  • Serve as the primary technical expert for data security and AI-driven solutions throughout the sales cycle.
  • Lead technical discovery sessions to understand customer needs in data protection, compliance, and security posture management.
  • Design, deliver, and present tailored product demonstrations and proof-of-concepts to showcase solution value.
  • Support enterprise customers in addressing challenges related to data discovery, governance, and regulatory compliance.
  • Collaborate closely with sales teams, product managers, engineering, and customer success to ensure seamless solution delivery.
  • Translate complex technical requirements into clear, business-relevant solutions for both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
  • Act as a trusted advisor to clients, building long-term relationships based on credibility and technical expertise.
  • Contribute to continuous improvement of sales engineering practices and technical enablement content.
Requirements:
  • 10+ years of experience in technical pre-sales or sales engineering roles, ideally in cybersecurity, data, or cloud domains.
  • Strong background in enterprise software, SaaS, or cloud-based security solutions (15+ years in technical sales environments preferred).
  • Deep understanding of data security, cloud security, and data protection frameworks.
  • Hands-on experience with major cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or GCP.
  • Knowledge of data privacy and compliance standards such as GDPR, NIST 800-53, and ISO 27001.
  • Familiarity with DSPM concepts and related technologies.
  • Experience working with Linux, Kubernetes, and cloud-native data environments is a plus.
  • Strong communication skills with the ability to engage both technical experts and business decision-makers.
  • Proven ability to build trust, influence stakeholders, and drive complex technical sales cycles.
  • Relevant certifications such as CISSP, CISM, or cloud security certifications are highly valued.
Benefits:
  • 25 paid vacation days plus RTT days, along with additional global wellness days.
  • Paid volunteer time to support personal engagement in social initiatives.
  • Comprehensive health coverage including public and employer-paid private medical, dental, optical, and wellness plans.
  • Life insurance with enhanced coverage options.
  • Pension contributions supported by employer and state systems.
  • Educational support benefits for dependent children in full-time education.
  • Access to continuous learning platforms, mentoring programs, and technical workshops.
  • Strong culture of learning, development, and global knowledge-sharing initiatives.
