This role sits at the center of enterprise data transformation, combining deep technical expertise with consultative customer engagement to design impactful data solutions. You will work directly with enterprise customers to understand their business challenges and translate them into scalable, cloud-based data architectures. Acting as both a trusted advisor and technical expert, you will guide customers through solution design, validation, and adoption. The role involves shaping proof-of-concepts, leading technical workshops, and ensuring successful integration of data platforms within complex enterprise environments. You will also play a key role in driving product adoption, expansion opportunities, and long-term customer value. Working closely with sales, product, and engineering teams, you will help align technical solutions with business outcomes. This is a highly customer-facing role in a fast-evolving data and AI landscape where your work directly influences customer success and platform growth.

Accountabilities:
  • Engage enterprise customers to identify technical and business requirements, diagnose pain points, and define desired outcomes aligned to measurable success metrics.
  • Lead solution discovery sessions, technical workshops, and proof-of-concept initiatives to validate platform fit and business value.
  • Translate complex customer requirements into scalable cloud data architectures and integration solutions.
  • Support sales cycles by providing technical expertise, contributing to solution positioning, and ensuring alignment between technical and business stakeholders.
  • Guide customers through onboarding, adoption, and expansion phases to maximize platform usage and long-term value realization.
  • Monitor adoption and usage metrics, proactively identifying opportunities to increase consumption and drive upsell potential.
  • Develop technical content, case studies, and solution narratives that showcase customer success and platform impact.
  • Act as a technical advisor in customer business reviews, ensuring continuous alignment with evolving customer needs.
  • Provide structured feedback to product and engineering teams to influence roadmap and platform enhancements.
  • Represent the organization at industry events, conferences, and user groups as a technical thought leader.
Requirements:
  • 5–7 years of experience in a Solution Architect, Sales Engineer, or similar customer-facing technical role working with enterprise clients.
  • Strong expertise in cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or GCP, and experience with cloud data platforms like Snowflake or Databricks.
  • Solid understanding of relational databases (e.g., PostgreSQL, MySQL, Oracle, SQL Server) and NoSQL systems (e.g., MongoDB, DynamoDB, Cassandra).
  • Hands-on experience with APIs, SQL, Linux, and integration technologies for solving complex technical challenges.
  • Strong ability to translate technical concepts into clear business value for both technical and non-technical audiences.
  • Experience working in enterprise environments with multi-stakeholder decision-making processes.
  • Strong communication, presentation, and relationship-building skills in customer-facing contexts.
  • Familiarity with data engineering, ETL/ELT concepts, or data integration platforms is a plus.
  • Exposure to value-based sales motions and structured methodologies is beneficial.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or related field, or equivalent practical experience.
Benefits:
  • Competitive total compensation with a base salary range of approximately $103,600 – $154,000.
  • On-target earnings between $148,000 – $220,000 including variable commission.
  • Equity participation in the company.
  • 25 days of paid time off.
  • 401(k) retirement plan.
  • Comprehensive health and life insurance coverage.
  • Access to mental health and wellness support programs.
  • 5 days of paid volunteering leave.
  • Flexible working culture supporting work-life balance.
  • Opportunity to work with leading global enterprise customers on cutting-edge data and AI solutions.
