This role sits at the intersection of technology research, executive insight, and strategic storytelling, supporting senior leadership in delivering high-impact analysis on how emerging technologies reshape enterprise decision-making. You will contribute to the development of executive-level research focused on C-suite priorities, especially around AI-driven transformation and digital adoption. The work combines qualitative and quantitative analysis, including executive interviews, survey interpretation, and narrative development for client-facing deliverables. You will operate in a highly collaborative, global research environment, working closely with senior analysts and leadership to translate complex data into actionable insights. The role also supports external engagements, including presentations and briefings for executive audiences. It is ideal for someone intellectually curious, detail-oriented, and motivated by shaping how business leaders understand technology trends and strategic opportunities.

Accountabilities
  • Support the development of C-suite focused research by contributing to written analysis, executive summaries, reports, and presentation materials based on surveys and executive interviews.
  • Analyze survey data, spending patterns, and vendor ecosystems to generate insights on executive decision-making and technology adoption trends.
  • Author and co-author research deliverables and client-facing content, ensuring clarity, relevance, and alignment with strategic research priorities.
  • Develop persona-based insights across executive roles (e.g., CMO, CHRO, COO, Chief AI Officer) in collaboration with global research teams.
  • Support execution of syndicated and custom research programs, including coordination of executive interviews and multi-workstream research initiatives.
  • Assist in preparing briefings and presentations for client engagements, events, and senior-level discussions.
  • Contribute to thought leadership by translating complex datasets into actionable recommendations for business and technology leaders.
Requirements
  • Bachelor’s degree required; MBA or advanced degree preferred.
  • 3+ years of experience in technology research, consulting, or within a technology vendor environment.
  • Strong understanding of enterprise technology domains such as SaaS, cloud, AI, infrastructure, or professional services.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to translate data and research into clear executive narratives.
  • Strong analytical skills with experience working on survey data, market research, or business intelligence outputs.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office 365 (Excel, PowerPoint, Word) and ability to learn research and publishing tools.
  • Ability to manage multiple research workstreams in a fast-paced, highly collaborative virtual environment.
Benefits
  • Annual compensation between $80,000 – $90,000 (base + variable pay) depending on experience and location
  • Medical, dental, and vision insurance coverage
  • 401(k) with company match (3% match on first 6% contribution)
  • 15 vacation days (prorated), 12 paid holidays, and additional floating holidays
  • Paid sick leave and volunteer day
  • Company-paid life insurance and short-term disability coverage
  • Paid parental leave
  • Fully remote work model with flexibility across eligible U.S. states
  • Collaborative, research-driven environment with strong professional development opportunities
