As a Business Development Manager, you will lead the expansion of managed Wi-Fi and network service solutions by identifying and securing new business opportunities. You will work at the intersection of technology and strategy, building strong relationships with key industry stakeholders and clients. The position combines consultative selling with market development, allowing you to shape tailored solutions that deliver measurable value. You will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, contributing to product positioning and go-to-market strategies. Accountabilities:
  • Drive end-to-end sales cycles, from prospecting and lead generation to contract negotiation and closing new business opportunities
  • Develop and execute strategies to expand into targeted verticals such as hospitality, retail, healthcare, and multi-dwelling units
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, partners, and industry stakeholders to support long-term growth
  • Translate technical networking solutions into clear, value-driven business propositions focused on ROI and user experience
  • Collaborate with internal teams including Sales Engineering and Product to align solutions with customer needs
  • Maintain accurate sales forecasts and pipeline visibility using CRM tools to support strategic planning

Requirements:

  • 7+ years of experience in B2B sales or business development, ideally within managed services, SaaS, or networking environments
  • Proven success selling into industries such as hospitality, MDU, retail, healthcare, or education
  • Strong understanding of networking concepts including managed Wi-Fi, LAN/WAN infrastructure, and related hardware
  • Solid business acumen with familiarity in subscription-based and recurring revenue models (MRR)
  • Ability to engage and influence both technical stakeholders and executive decision-makers
  • Experience working in high-growth or scaling organizations is highly valued
  • Knowledge of guest Wi-Fi, captive portals, analytics, or network security solutions is a plus
