This role sits at the intersection of analytics, business strategy, and leadership within a fast-scaling technology-driven organization. You will lead a team focused on delivering high-impact insights that directly influence pricing, supply, and marketplace performance. The position requires a strong balance of hands-on analytical expertise and people leadership, with the ability to translate complex business questions into actionable data-driven strategies. You will work closely with cross-functional partners in product, pricing, and supply to improve decision-making across revenue, margin, conversion, and customer experience. This is a highly visible role where your work will shape core commercial outcomes in a dynamic, high-growth environment. You will also play a key role in building scalable analytics practices, improving data infrastructure, and elevating analytical maturity across the organization.
- Lead, mentor, and develop a team of approximately 8 data analysts supporting Pricing & Supply initiatives, ensuring strong performance and professional growth.
- Partner with cross-functional leaders across pricing, supply, product, and data teams to define analytical priorities and deliver measurable business impact.
- Translate complex and ambiguous business problems into structured analytical frameworks, dashboards, experiments, and actionable recommendations.
- Build and maintain scalable analytics processes, including reporting standards, prioritization systems, and reusable data assets.
- Analyze marketplace dynamics, pricing performance, supplier coverage, customer behavior, margin, and conversion to support strategic decision-making.
- Strengthen analytical rigor across the team by improving metric definitions, storytelling, experimentation, forecasting, and root-cause analysis.
- Collaborate with data engineering and analytics engineering teams to enhance data quality, tooling, and self-service capabilities.
- 7+ years of experience in data analytics, business analytics, data science, or a related field.
- 3+ years of experience managing and developing high-performing analytics teams.
- Strong SQL skills with experience working on large and complex datasets.
- Proven ability to influence business decisions through data in high-growth environments such as marketplace, SaaS, e-commerce, fintech, or similar industries.
- Strong business acumen with the ability to connect analytics insights to revenue, margin, customer experience, and operational outcomes.
- Experience building scalable dashboards, reporting frameworks, and analytics operating models.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to influence both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- Track record of hiring, coaching, and retaining strong analytical talent.
- Preferred: experience in pricing, supply, revenue management, experimentation, forecasting, or advanced analytics methods; familiarity with tools such as Snowflake, dbt, Looker, Tableau, or similar platforms.
- Competitive base salary ranging from 144,500 to 200,000 USD annually, depending on experience and location.
