Planning Analyst in India at Jobgether

This role sits at the intersection of supply chain operations, data analytics, and business intelligence, where you will help transform complex operational data into actionable insights that improve demand planning and fulfillment performance. You will support multi-tier supply chain processes by building dashboards, automating reporting workflows, and enhancing forecasting accuracy through advanced analytics. Working in a highly data-driven environment, you will collaborate closely with supply chain and operations teams to monitor key performance indicators and identify optimization opportunities. The position requires strong analytical thinking, technical proficiency in BI tools, and a keen eye for detail to ensure data integrity and reporting accuracy. You will play a key role in enabling better decision-making through scalable reporting systems and automation. • Develop, enhance, and maintain reports and dashboards using Excel and Salesforce to support supply chain planning activities.
• Build and manage interactive Power BI dashboards, including data modeling, DAX calculations, and report automation.
• Create and maintain Power Query transformations to clean, integrate, and structure data from multiple systems.
• Design and implement Power Automate workflows to streamline reporting processes, alerts, and recurring tasks.
• Leverage Copilot AI and other tools to accelerate reporting, generate insights, and support data exploration.
• Track and report key performance indicators such as forecast accuracy, inventory turnover, and supply chain performance metrics.
• Perform ad hoc data analysis to support operational and strategic decision-making.
• Document processes, reporting logic, and analytical frameworks to ensure consistency and scalability.

• Strong experience in Power BI development, including DAX, Power Query, data modeling, and dashboard creation.
• Advanced Excel skills with the ability to manage and analyze large datasets.
• Experience with workflow automation tools such as Power Automate.
• Familiarity with ERP systems (SAP preferred) and CRM platforms such as Salesforce.
• Strong understanding of supply chain concepts including demand planning, inventory management, and supply operations.
• Experience working with data analytics, reporting, or business intelligence in an operations environment.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with high attention to detail and accuracy.
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to interact across teams and business levels.
• Adaptability and willingness to work in a fast-paced, evolving environment.
• Exposure to Copilot AI or similar AI-assisted tools is highly desirable.
