• Manage and coordinate multiple CSR and inclusion workstreams, ensuring smooth execution from planning to delivery in a fast-paced, global environment.
• Oversee global tracking systems for employee resource groups and volunteer programs, ensuring accurate data input, reporting consistency, and strong operational support.
• Build, maintain, and optimize dashboards, reports, and tracking tools to support impact measurement and CSR performance visibility.
• Support India-based CSR and inclusion initiatives, helping strengthen employee engagement and local program execution.
• Collaborate with global and regional stakeholders, balancing operational needs with employee experience and program goals.
• Ensure high-quality coordination across teams while maintaining structure in evolving or ambiguous processes.

• Experience in project coordination, CSR, inclusion programs, or related operational roles.
• Strong ability to manage multiple projects and workstreams simultaneously in a structured and organized manner.
• Hands-on experience with Smartsheet or similar project management and reporting tools, including dashboards and data tracking.
• Strong analytical and data management skills, with attention to detail and accuracy in reporting.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills across global and cross-cultural teams.
• Understanding of CSR frameworks is required; familiarity with Section 135 of the Companies Act 2013 is a strong advantage.
• Ability to work in ambiguous environments and build structure where processes are still evolving.
• Proactive, hands-on mindset with a strong sense of ownership and accountability.
