ABOUT THE ROLE

We're looking for motivational, results-driven fitness coaches who want to join the fastest growing fitness instructor network in Europe and lead the best indoor and outdoor HIIT workouts.

YOU ARE:

• Passionate, positive, energetic and love to spread your joy to others.
• Someone who enjoys motivating members and providing a world class fitness experience.
• Focused on making customers feel special during your workouts.
• Someone who can create an upbeat, enthusiastic high-energy environment when coaching a fitness class.
• A great BEAT81 ambassador before, during, and after the class.

REQUIREMENTS

• Professional experience as a trainer, preferably in HIIT, circuit and / or group training.
• Theoretical fitness knowledge via education, courses & certificates.
• Willingness to give outdoor workouts.
• Passion for fitness and helping people achieve their goals.
• Positivity, patience, empathy and desire to develop & grow personally.
• A great talent for motivating groups as well as individual participants to fulfil their individual potential.
