Garage Porter at LAZ Parking Midwest, LLC – Cincinnati, Ohio

The Spirit of the Position:

TheGaragePorterensures that assigned garages are maintained and cleaned daily. Youwill do vehicle damage inspections in the morning and clean garages & lots for the remainder of yourshift. Occasional assistance with other locations, events, and other duties.

Principal Job Duties:

• Ensure garages aremaintained and cleaned daily.
• Responsible for general maintenance of thegarage and surface lots sweepingand wiping down surfaces and equipment
• Assist maintenance employees with snow removal and garage upkeep during winter months
• Completing all checklist duties promptly
• Greetcustomers using their name, be responsive and timely with correspondence and problem resolution, display a caring attitude, and develop a rapport with the customer base.
• Promote good customer relations by consistently providing premier customer satisfaction with a friendly demeanor, can-do attitude, and willingness to always help.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

Physical Demands:

• Ability to lift, push, and pull at least 40 pounds.
• Ability to stand, walk, and run for extended periods.
• Ability to bend, stoop, squat, and lift frequently throughout a shift.
