We are on the lookout for the next awesome paid ads pro with an eye for aesthetics and a love for scaling brands to join our US partner's team as a Paid Media Specialist, working for a US-based client in full-funnel Meta ads strategy and performance optimization.

• Manage and optimize Meta ad accounts daily, keeping a close eye on performance and updating profitability sheets like a boss.
• Spot winning creatives and underperformers fast proactively sharing insights and recommendations that move the needle.
• Launch, test, and scale campaigns across Meta with future expansion into TikTok Ads on the horizon.
• Work closely with the creative team to define and request assets ahead of time so launches are smooth and strategic.
• Ensure every ad aligns with a premium, fashion-forward brand aesthetic that makes our clients stand out.
• Plan ahead for launches, product drops, and seasonal moments, building clear testing roadmaps and content timelines.
• Team up with retention marketing to keep Meta ads aligned with email and SMS strategies.
• Leverage AI tools and Metas performance features to boost efficiency and deliver top-tier results.

About you

• You have 3+ years of hands-on Meta ads experience building, launching, optimizing, and scaling campaigns.
• Youre analytical, proactive, and always eager to spot insights that drive better performance.
• You understand attribution, performance metrics, and scaling strategies extremely well.
• Youve got strong aesthetic instincts you know instantly whats on-brand and whats not.
• Youre organized, forward-thinking, and able to plan weeks (even months!) ahead.
• Nice-to-haves: TikTok Ads, Klaviyo knowledge, ClickUp, Figma, or experience with premium e-commerce/fashion brands.
• Bonus points if you love AI tools, automations, or dabble in light brand management.
