Key Responsibilities

• Perform maintenance, service, and repair of commercial HVACR systems.

• Diagnose issues and recommend cost-effective solutions to clients.

• Communicate clearly and professionally with customers on-site.

• Maintain cleanliness of job sites and company vehicle.

• Complete service documentation and reports accurately and timely.

• Participate in rotating on-call schedule for emergency service.

• Follow all company safety policies and procedures.

• Work independently and as part of a team to meet service goals.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of commercial HVACR experience preferred.

• Strong mechanical aptitude and troubleshooting skills.

• Excellent customer service and communication abilities.

• Responsible, self-motivated, and eager to learn.

• Must present a clean and professional appearance.

• Valid driver's license and clean driving record required.

• No specific licenses or certifications required, but EPA certification is a plus.
