- Identify and onboard new SMS aggregators and CPaaS providers.
- Engage high-level contacts with key partners for contract implementation.
- Reactivate under-utilized interconnections and partners.
- Negotiate commercial terms and secure agreements.
- Manage an assigned portfolio of interconnected partners.
- Act as the primary commercial point of contact for accounts.
- Monitor performance metrics and propose optimizations.
- Develop strategic account plans for business growth.
- Oversee Profit & Loss for the portfolio.
- Contribute to pricing proposals and adjustments.
- Share market feedback with management and product teams.
- Maintain documentation in CRM and internal tools.
- 5+ years in SMS wholesale, trading, or CPaaS in a commercial role.
- Proven track record of acquiring and growing partner accounts.
- Strong network with global and regional aggregators and CPaaS platforms.
- Solid understanding of A2P SMS and SMS monetization.
- Excellent relationship-building and stakeholder management skills.
- Effective negotiation and influencing abilities.
- Comfortable handling complex commercial discussions.
