Human Resources Director Responsibilities:

• As a regional human resources director, you will oversee human resources managers in your region.
• You will provide continued training and oversight for human resources managers in your region.
• You will foster positive and open communication with your team members.
• You will be responsible for the quality and compliance of human resource documentation in facilities within your region.

Human Resources Director Qualifications:

• Bachelors degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
• Minimum 2 years experience in Human Resources in skilled nursing or long-term care.
• Proficiency with HRIS software, preferably Paylocity.
• Knowledge and familiarity with employment-related laws and regulations.
• Excellent prioritization and delegation skills.
