Role Overview:
As the firm’s Receptionist, you will serve as the primary point of contact for visitors, clients, and internal staff. This role is pivotal in representing the firm’s professionalism, culture, and standards. The ideal candidate brings a polished presence, exceptional communication skills, and 5+ years of experience in a corporate reception, administrative, or front-office environment.
What You’ll Do:
- Greet guests, clients, and staff with warmth and professionalism
- Answer, screen, and direct calls to appropriate departments with accuracy and discretion
- Maintain a neat, organized, and professional reception environment
- Manage mail and deliveries, including sorting, distribution, and courier coordination
- Support scheduling and meeting logistics as needed
- Assist with administrative tasks and departmental support across the firm
- Monitor visitor access and follow established security procedures
- Maintain office supply inventory and coordinate replenishment
What You Bring:
- Minimum 5 years of reception or front-office experience in a professional, corporate, legal, or financial environment
- Exceptional verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to multi-task and prioritize
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Calm, polished, and composed demeanor in a fast-paced environment
- High attention to detail and commitment to accuracy
- Demonstrated professionalism in interactions, conduct, and appearance
- Business-professional dress standard required
