Must be able to travel overnightJob SummaryThis position will oversee assigned fuel zones regarding proper food safety & adherence to UK Performance Nutrition Standards. This position will be responsible for maintaining par levels and managing the budget of the Olympic sports fuel zones. The employee will be responsible for maintaining food safety standards from federal, state & local agencies. The employee will counsel athletes with regard to calorie needs, recovery from training & injury as assigned by supervisor. This position will supervise student volunteers & dietetic interns.
