Summary:

The is responsible for diagnosing and repairing plumbing equipment in both residential and commercial environments. This position will inspect the effectiveness and safety the plumbing system. You will lead customers to informed and confident buying decisions by providing extraordinary customer service.

Diagnose and provide detailed plumbing repair solutions to customers

Obtain an agreement for services before performing work

Complete all required documentation on services and may collect, record, and deliver fees to the office

Perform pipe inspection with cameras

Unclog sewers, kitchen and bathroom sinks, tubs, toilets, etc. using plumbing snakes and machines

Maintains service truck with adequate inventory and vehicle maintenance

Other Duties:

Proficient in repairing and maintenance of plumbing systemsAbility to complete repairs and service plumbing systemsAbility to clearly and effectively communicate ideas related to policies and procedures and provide guidance to management and employees, verbally and in writingAbility to follow safety standardsAbility to manage time effectively and efficientlyAbility to multi-taskRegular and reliable attendance Minimum Qualifications:

High school diploma or equivalentPossess a valid driver’s licenseEligible to work in the U.S. without sponsorshipMust be Journeyman or MasterMust have at least 3yrs experience excavatingPreferred Qualifications (not required):

Any plumbing certifications Physical Demands:

Ability to operate tablet, mobile phone and other field equipment as neededAbility to read, write, speak, hear, see, think, communicate, concentrate, learn, and workAbility to lift/carry up to 100lbs repeatedly during work hoursAbility to climb up and down ladders and/or step stools repeatedly during work hoursAbility to sit/stand for long periods of time during work hoursAbility to work in small and confined dark spaces such as crawl spaces, attics, etc.Ability to work in a wide range of temperatures (indoor/outdoor)Ability to travel up to 75% of the time between job sites and customer locationsAbility to perform the essential functions of the position with or without reasonable accommodationSchedule:8-hour shift
