The Store Manager is responsible for all areas of hiring, scheduling, barista training, completing managerial paperwork tasks, and running a clean, efficiently operating store. This role is a vital aspect in building, developing, and leading a friendly, service-oriented barista team and exemplifies Scooter's Coffee core values. As the Store Manager you will work directly with the Director of Operations and receive hands on leadership training in all areas of this role.

Job Responsibilities

• Successfully open and stabilize store to reach annual net sales goals.
• Manage store-level prime costs.
• Achieve store-level speed of service goals, while maintaining high level of customer service.
