We’re looking for a hands-on Working Supervisor to lead and support manufacturing teams across multiple functional areas. This role is ideal for a proven leader who thrives on the shop floor, drives continuous improvement, and delivers results through people, process, and teamwork.
What You’ll Do
- Lead, coach, and supervise production employees to meet safety, quality, delivery, and productivity goals.
- Plan daily workflow, labor, and priorities to ensure on-time customer delivery.
- Drive continuous improvement using Lean manufacturing tools and data-driven KPIs.
- Collaborate with Engineering, Quality, Maintenance, and Production Control to solve problems and improve processes.
- Monitor performance metrics, quality trends, and equipment uptime to maximize efficiency.
- Maintain a safe, organized, and 5S-compliant work environment.
- 5+ years of leadership experience in precision manufacturing.
- Strong knowledge of machining manufacturing processes.
- Experience with Lean manufacturing, continuous improvement, and ERP systems.
- Knowledge and working experience with MS Office, (Word, Excel, Power-Point).
- Excellent communication, problem-solving, and team-building skills.
- Bachelor’s degree, technical degree, or equivalent hands-on experience.
