On-Call Home Health Aide at Community LIFE – Somerset, Pennsylvania

Join our Community Care Team in Somerset!

On-Call: Mon-Fri 4pm-10pm, Weekends: 6:30am-1pm or 1pm-9:30pm

Salary Range: $16.50 To $19.00 Hourly

Make a meaningful difference in the lives of older adults in your community. As part of our home care team, you’ll support adults aged 55+ in maintaining their independence by providing compassionate, in-home assistance with daily living activities. Your care helps participants live safely and comfortably in their own homes. We are open to discussing your availability for shift schedules.

Responsibilities include:

• Personal care (bathing, dressing, toileting)
• Meal preparation and feeding
• Light housekeeping
• Occasional support in our day center

What You’ll Need:

• High School Diploma or GED
• At least 12 months of experience caring for frail or elderly individuals
• Valid PA driver’s license and reliable transportation
