Position Summary

The Level 1 Sales Associate is an entry-level role responsible for delivering excellent customer service, supporting daily sales operations, and developing foundational sales skills. This position focuses on assisting customers, building product knowledge, and contributing to a positive customer service experience while learning company sales processes and standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide prompt, professional customer engagement
• Assist customers with product selection and basic inquiries
• Utilize ERP system to manage sales orders and transactions
• Gather submittal and template materials
• Coordinate Factory Quote Request
• Perform Project Management Functions (follow up on open orders)
• Follow company policies, sales procedures, and safety standards
• Meet or support individual and team sales goals
• Handle basic customer concerns and escalate issues when needed
• Participate in training sessions
