The hourly Shift Leader is the ultimate “wingman” to the management staff. Shift leaders play a key role in safeguarding the day-to-day guest satisfaction and overall performance of Lucky Bastard – for each and every shift. When a Shift Leader is present, they work alongside management to ensure proper execution of operations like food quality, service and cleanliness, and most importantly, customer satisfaction. As a Shift Leader, you will also coach, communicate, and oversee other employees. This is a great opportunity to learn more of the ins and outs of the restaurant world and get leadership experience. Minimum Qualifications:

• Attendance for all scheduled shifts
• Must have extensive knowledge of all functions of the sports bar
• Should possess strong customer service skills
• Must be twenty one (21) years of age or older
• Be able to stand for 8 to 12 hours
• Be able to lift and move at least 25 pounds
• Must have a sense of urgency
• Be able to complete all other functions assigned by the General Manager or anyone else from the senior leadership team
• Most important skill – Must be able to throw a PARTY!
